The contact with the skins lasts from XNUMX to XNUMX weeks. Careful conduct is carried out during the winter malolactic fermentation. It stays in steel tanks and in the bottle to refine for about XNUMX year.
It is the current interpretation of Barbera in its entirety.
Color: Intense ruby red.
Bouquet: Generous and spicy with traditional notes of red fruits.
Taste: Warm and full bodied with ripe cherry scent and elegantly balanced tannins.
Ajan is the dialectal name of Agliano Terme and expresses the interpretation we offer of an area of origin famous for the quality of its Barbera.
It is a wine with a body and structure that expresses its characteristics already a year after the harvest, but which optimally adapts itself to being aged, evolving and acquiring character with the passage of time.
This typical red wine of the Piedmontese tradition is well suited to any meal. Excellent with the tastiest appetizers and perfect with the first courses (pasta or risottos).
