Vineyards owned by Agliano Terme, with optimal exposure from South East to South-West; clayey soil rich in calcareous marl, particularly suited for red wines. The harvest is usually in mid-September:

After careful manual harvesting, the de-stemmed and crushed bunches ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The contact with the skins lasts from 2 to 3 weeks. During the winter a careful malolactic fermentation is carried out. It stays for about a year in traditional large oak barrels and, after bottling, completes its aging in the bottle for a few months.


Color: Ruby red with purple reflections.
Bouquet: Vinous, fresh, harmonious, with fruit scents and underbrush notes.
Taste: Dry and tasty with a delicate almond nuance. Elegant finish rich in sweet tannins.
The name Novenove derives from 1999, the year this Merlot vineyard was cultivated according to ecological criteria in Agliano Terme. It is a wine of body and structure that expresses its characteristics just a few years after the harvest, but which optimally adapts itself to being aged, evolving and acquiring character with the passage of time.


It is well suited to any meal, but enhances its characteristics with first courses and important seconds.
