Terrain composed of blue marl and clay with a slight presence of sand.
The manual harvest, in small 20kg crates, usually takes place in September.
Vinification and ageing
Maceration in contact with the skins with short and delicate pumping over, followed by racking a few days after the end of fermentation.
It is refined in steel to best preserve its fresh fruity and floral notes typical of the variety.
Description and tasting notes
Langhe Nebbiolo expresses itself with the typical varietal scents of the grape variety, with the fruit and freshness in great prominence together with a subtle tannic texture.
Nose: delicate fruity aromas of small berries, accompanied by hints of withered flowers.
Taste: the excellent balance between acidity and tannins gives it an excellent body.
Food pairings
Suitable to accompany first courses with meat sauces or risottos of the Italian tradition.
